Newbie here, but do you guys use strict form with these numbers. I can bench 1plate with good form but staying completely vertical I can barely manage 60lbx8 and I feel like I'm overstretching my shoulder.

Currently work weight is 145. Can get 3x5 at least. Push press work weight is 165. Haven't pushed for a 1rm in a while.

I find the OHP to be very fickle. On other lifts, If I can do X reps at a certain weight, the ratio of that weight to my 1RM is a lot larger than for the OHP.

I usually try 5x5 1plate OHP. My max was 1 rep at 70kg, but this was when i weighed more. Currently 90kg 185cm.

I do 2*70 lb dumbbell OHP (standing) for 8.
I don't know what that is in barbell units.
haven't tested in a while, but I could do 140x10 back when my 1RM was 180. current 1RM is 205, so likely 13-14+

Well if your fine with the health consequences go for it. I'd at least suggest staying closer to 20% bf so that you aren't pretty much obese.
I got lucky, I bought a ton unused equipment from some fatty new years resolutioner. I literally got a power rack, Olympic barbell, ex curl bar, and 300lb in weights for 250$. Best deal I've ever made.

I finally succeeded at 75lbs 5x5 seated OHP. Bitch weight, but Holy shit it's hard to improve on it. I might have to buy some micro-plates.
