Opinions on “side sit-ups” and “side shrugs” that ‘focus’ on the obliques ?
Are they memes to snap your spine, or with good form will they actually properly contract that muscle in good isolation?

my serratus anterior got pretty defined by just doing my boxing routine, dunno what that means though

Mine aren't that great, but the serratus is prob my favorite muscle. Definitely something most normies don't know about. I think planking and other gymnast drills helped develop mine.
