I have a general bulking question. I’m a recovering semi-fat shit (210 5’8” -> 170) and I’m gonna keep cutting back to 150. I eat 1550 cal with 100g+ protons a day, and i never feel hungry. I’m guessing I’ll want to bulk at 3000 cal which will be literally double the food.
A current day for me is
1/2 pound chicken
Some fruit
1000 cal tortellini (pasta w/ meat) or 1000 cal ribs
I’m not sure I actually can double up on this much food, and it’ll cost me more money. My only thought is to drink milk with my meals but how do you guys change your meals from cut -> bulk

Whole milk is ok though - balanced macros. You can cut on protein/fat on other foods.
