After a 2-3 year hiatus (I occasionally started lifting again for a couple months then kept falling off again) It took me until now - about 7 months, to recover my lifts... the only lift that isnt recovered is my squat... I used to get 315 for 5x5.... I'm not there yet, more like 265 - so I have some work to do.
I haven't found anything any harder being older yet... I got tested and my test is still up in the 700's and I sleep and eat good.

3 times a week. I hurt my hip joint with squats so I'm doing low weight high rep for a while.

I’ve actually gained weight from fasting. Idk if that’s possible but I’ve also gotten stronger.

I haven't noticed anything strange in my arms, however people with more serious spinal issues do as some nerves might be under pressure.
It's noticeable in heavy compounds when I'm tired.
f.e: In heavy pressing movements(ohp, bench) my right side starts leading the movement and I have to pay close attention to the bar itself/mirror as it feels completely natural due to my light scoliosis(take a look at Usain Bolt's back back).
It's also noticeable when I'm close to technical failure while pulling up. I can feel that I'm pulling harder with my right side.
It's possible that you have different insertions, but you may also have some light spinal condition. If you're living somewhere where you have free healthcare, I advise you to visit a specialist and get an x-ray. They normally make a routine which focuses on stabilizing muscles which in return reduces curvature and prevents further curvature.

I do deadlift, squats, overheadpress, benchpress, weighted dips, weighted chinups, leg rises, pullups and started introducing isolation exercises slowly since 2 months ago.

tried to do a clean bulk and ended up losing weight. probably going to bump it up to 4 meals a day to actually gain some fucking weight.

Thanks, I feel like I no longer resemble a holocaust survivor at least. This time last year I was 15 pounds lighter for reference. Depression is doing significantly better. Lifting has helped a ton, lifting has also made me want to eat healthier foods which I know helps, and weekly therapy was pretty vital. I’m taking life a lot less seriously than I was, trying to joke around more and not be such a whiney little shit.
