Jefit is pretty great, It has rest time timers and some stats. Also a dick measuring contest: shows you in what % of men you arr on big lifts
Strength level and symmetrical strength seem to be popular. Not sure how good their mobile apps are.

Yeah I use it too. It can be motivation seeing the % decrease as you lift heavier. Plus they have a lot of exercises to implement in the workouts.
I just use Excel and save my workout plan online so I can edit it in the gym with my phone and at my pc at home.

Simple Workout Log (yes, that's its literal name) is the best imo. Free, and has a browser-based cloud service. Ridiculous value.
