What app do you use to record your workouts?

I know about MyFitnessPal for calories, but want to record how much I bench and so on.

Notes app on the phone

A word document.

Thanks, but I'm looking for something a little more mobile

A notebook and pen.

Jefit is pretty great, It has rest time timers and some stats. Also a dick measuring contest: shows you in what % of men you arr on big lifts

Strength level and symmetrical strength seem to be popular. Not sure how good their mobile apps are.

my memory

It’s like $25 but I use
Setgraph on apple
So far, it’s been pretty good.
Essentially, it tracks weight and reps. Unfortunately there’s no real way to track dropsets/cardio, as far as i Know

Fit notes. Your welcome

I use an app called liftium. It's free

Based and red pilled

Yeah I use it too. It can be motivation seeing the % decrease as you lift heavier. Plus they have a lot of exercises to implement in the workouts.

I just use Excel and save my workout plan online so I can edit it in the gym with my phone and at my pc at home.

MS OneNote

Simple Workout Log (yes, that's its literal name) is the best imo. Free, and has a browser-based cloud service. Ridiculous value.

>he tracks his workouts
never going to make it

>he tracks his calories
LOL

Regimy is what I use, you can track your sets n rest time n shit

fitnotes for android is pretty based.

It is pretty simple and easy to customize.

Free Version is enough. Paid 5 bucks tho cause I like it.

Trend lines in the body tracker are pretty nice too.

Yeah, that's what I use too. The name says it all.

Calculator on my phone

Progression is pretty good

Strong
No ads and nice ui
