I do deadlifts, I actually got my deadlift and squat weights backwards in my mind, I deadlift 200lbs and squat 150. Even less than I thought but squatting my own weight feels nice. I should just keep at it and keep increasing my weights?

Yes, go for higher weight in squats and deadlifts, try and increase their weight be 1-2.5 kg every week (2-5 pounds)
decent weight but higher reps in the rest
I would recommend doing them all on one day

number 1 is hanging leg raises, or building up to them with hanging knee raises, if grip is fried from day 2, do them while on a roman chair
add in anti-rotation core exercises like Woodchoppers, russian twists, Pallof press
Static holds like Plank, Hollow holds, Side-plank

It's hard to eat so much. I'm slowly putting on weight. I was about 140lbs when I started but it feels disgusting eating so much throughout the day, I always feel full and sick, it feels very unpleasant.
I do a few of these already in my current routine, I'll look into the rest and start incorporating them, thanks again user.

As long you work out hard, lifts go up, and you see improvements. It's all good.
Perhaps add a protein shake to your daily food, easy to get in calories that will help build muscle and aid performance

I usually get in 4-6 scoops in 2-3 protein shakes a day and I'm still struggling. I'm getting there slowly at least.

Too much volume is just as bad if not worse than too little volume for a beginner, they really don't need much to grow
