Will i get natty ripped if i consume lots of eggs?

Attached: gaston-arm-wrestling.jpg (720x480, 56K)

wat happened to the onion meme btw?

I bought a 36-pack of eggs, and only made them the day after I bought them. Ffffuck man. I only like scrambled eggs. What else should I try?

Eggs are GOAT food. Extremely low cals, packed with protein (like 8g an egg which is 60 cals).

lay off the fireworks though

For me? It's over 3 easy eggs covered in cayenne and cracked black pepper with a side of cottage cheese and a slice of sourdough pan fried in a dab of olive oil that is used to soak up the remaining yolk on the plate.

Attached: 1552371554577.jpg (538x491, 23K)

My nigguh, you got that shit reversed. It's like 6 grams of protein per 80 calories.

6 raw eggs with raw cream and raw milk everyday

based and rawpilled.

Poaching egg in my soup for dinner tonight my man

For me it's 4 large scrambled eggs every day with some pepper

Can we have a god honest cheese appreciation thread one of these days?

dairy and eggs are my niggers. I could probably do vegetarian if I had to (vast majority of days I don't eat meat anyways because poor), but FUCK if I'm ever giving those two up.

What's the best type of milk? Cheese? Always heard
>a durr durr fat milk a bad
>no fat free milk a bad because water
>nop 1% is bad because water and
>no 2% is bad because
>cheese? omg no way
>cheese is good

Like I just want a straight answer. That being said, I tried s o y and almond milk and I like almond but my favorite has to be pic related. Tastes good and also helps with my digestion (non-lactose free milk used to mess my stomach up).

> Get pic related
> Start making your scrambled eggs as usual
> Throw a couple tbsps of the cream cheese in
> Mix it up until it's nice and fluffy and ready to eat
> Devour that shit

I do this but with cottage cheese and minced garlic.

>tfw up to 4 eggs a day
Should I go further beyond or stay like this? I'm torn between an urge to go Gaston-mode and a small fear of muh cholesterol.

Nice, I gotta try that. Love cottage cheese but usually eat that with either a can of tuna or some peanut butter mixed in.

Anyone else here put a straw through the eggshell and slurp it up raw? Sometimes o bring 1 or 2 eggs to the gym and slurp them discretly with my pocket straw between big sets to get that big boost. Fast, easy, all the protein you need.

Very patrician.

I hope you're a girl. Men should eat six extra large eggs minimum, daily.

Eat as many eggs as possible to avoid diabetes.

>Consuming lots of eggs reduces the risk of diabetes by 42 percent.

>16.Shin JY, et al. Egg consumption in relation to risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Am J Clin Nutr. 2013 July; 98(1): 146–159.

I don't approve of the way you use your eggs user.

Let's have a look at your source bro:
> This meta-analysis suggests that egg consumption is not associated with the risk of CVD and cardiac mortality in the general population.
> However, egg consumption may be associated with an increased incidence of type 2 diabetes among the general population and CVD comorbidity among diabetic patients.
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23676423

explain yourself

You're right. The study states the exact opposite.

Thank you for bringing this error to my attention.

Congrats you now have diabetes

You get diabetes from having more energy then you need.
And people who eat a lot of eggs tend to be people who eat a lot of everything else.

I'm safe. I don't eat carbs.

Too many people soaking up their egg yolks with bread.

crispy egg master race reporting in.

Hardboiled is the best way. Throw em in a salad, a sandwich, a soup/stew.

I can't eat eggs, they fuck up my digestion severely.

Eat no more than 20 net carbs a day and you won't get cvd eating a dozen eggs.

Cracking eggs is annoying enough. Peeling boiled eggs is a bitch. For me? It's scrambled eggs.

How do I use Google Image Search ?

Good choice, bro.

I put 60 grams of butter in my 6 extra large scrambled eggs every day. It's a good way to get more calories.

That’s why I buy pic related

Hopefully you’re still here, but raw milk is extremely easy to digest because it still has the enzyme lactase that breaks down lactose. It’s cooked out of pasteurized milk, so get the superior grass fed, pasture raised untouched dairy

"milk" = full fat you fucking ameritard

My dude, egg yolks raise chances of heart disease and any cause of death

sciencedaily.com/releases/2019/03/190315110858.htm

>oxidizing all that fat every fucking day
Yikes.

>Diet data were collected using food frequency questionnaires or by taking a diet history. Each participant was asked a long list of what they'd eaten for the previous year or month. The data were collected during a single visit. The study had up to 31 years of follow up (median: 17.5 years), during which 5,400 cardiovascular events and 6,132 all-cause deaths were diagnosed.

>A major limitation of the study is participants' long-term eating patterns weren't assessed.

Bahahahaha what a joke.

THe egg way is the pnly way, user. Take the 36 vince pills a day.
