coffee is the only drug with absolutely no significant negative side effects.
Robert Williams
I wouldn't say it does
I would say it is worth considering quitting since the boost at the gym it gives you isn't all that big when withdrawals fall off it's the same feeling as on coffee when you're addicted to it
Feeling of not being addicted to anything is kinda nice
Leo Foster
Just take a cold shower lol

>what is anxiety jitter
>what is dependence
>what is inpaired focus without a cup
>what is getting to ONLY BASELINE by drinking coffee whixh you are without caffeine

What's with the anti-coffee shilling lately.
It does have plenty of benefits but lets not pretend it can't be misused.
Christian Davis
What benefits?
Alzheimer meme again? Lool
Elijah Turner
>anxiety jitter
the fault of anxiety, not coffee.
>dependence
would be a problem if coffee had any negative side effects.
>inpaired focus without a cup
would also be an issue is coffee had any negative side effects
>getting to ONLY BASELINE by drinking coffee
would, for a third time, be an issue only if coffee had any negative side effects.
Blake Martin
tfw took 600mg of caffeine again and my workout was shit
Jonathan Torres
It destroys your soul!
Anthony Gutierrez
While I love coffee, you misspelled weed
Brody Clark
Alright you dumb troll, it's one of the most studied substances on earth with hundreds of years of use and proven effects on cognitive capabilities and wakefulness but yeah, ok, it's shit amiright Lool
Wyatt Morales
There is a huge correlatiin between coffee and anxiety.
It does have many side effects like insomnia, impaired thinking, jitter and amxiety, digestive issues, addiction, hearth palpilation etc.
You are actually retarded. After reading your 3rd reply.
Owen Miller
>It is disgusting to notice the increase in the quantity of coffee used by my subjects, and the amount of money that goes out of the country as a consequence. Everybody is using coffee; this must be prevented. My people must drink beer. His Majesty was brought up on beer, and so were both his ancestors and officers. Many battles have been fought and won by soldiers nourished on beer, and the King does not believe that coffee-drinking soldiers can be relied upon to endure hardships in case of another war.
Ryder Morgan
Cognitive benefits are due to using already available dopamine in the brain. Its actually decreases brain blood flow and reduces BDNF. Oh and if it wasnt enough once your body gets used to the sweet caffeine all of the benefits of this is gone.
Parker Cruz
I wonder who was funding all the positive research

i think you're just prone to those symptoms, i drink coffee all the time and never had any of them
Jayden Jackson
>the fault of anxiety, not coffee.
Anxiety just appears out of thin air!? Coffee makes (eventually) calm people anxious and anxious people more anxious.
Check out book "Caffeine Blues"
My personal experience. Before using coffee I never and I mean NEVER got anxious, fearful - yes, exited - yes, but I never got the shittiest of all emotions - anxiety.
James Morris
It aids lipolysis and has been shown to reduce inflammation and extend lifespan
There's no reason to not take coffee, aspirin + curcumin daily
Easton James
Imagine being so stupid that u dont even knowbwhat you consume. It doesntbwake u up it tricks your brain so you dont get tired. Once the tolerance builds up you need to drink more and more to bind to adenosine receptors which will also increase due to desentisation. This all will end up making you either need more caffeine or and extra large sleep after you stop. RETARD.
Carter Myers

>abusing a substance has consequences
OH WOW
Eli Price
How much is too much?
I live in a dorm currently which doesn't allow coffee machine and caffeine pills take too long to kick in for me so I'm drinking 3 monsters a week. Each preworkout.
I know it's not optimal but caffeine wise am I an addict? It's the only caffeine I take.
Eli Perez
Its not abuse. Its use.
James Howard
Oh really Friedrich der 2. said that?
Jeremiah Perez
Wrong. Blame your lack of self-control.
Isaac Green
>Coffee makes (eventually) calm people anxious
Wrong. It just makes anxious people more anxious. But then again, so does fucking everything.
You've got anxiety. Coffee just enhances it. It's like blaming weed for bringing forward the symptoms of your schizophrenia. It was going to happen regardless.
Nathan Gutierrez
Ignorance wont help your case.
Asher Foster
I have maybe one cup a week, if that. Again, i think you're just prone to addiction and anxiety.
Lucas Cook
Well it does increase adrenalinr, cortidol and blood pressure these do cause anxiety
Parker Morales
Cut the monster. I went down that very same path and got bladder problems now, at 27. Get a decent unsweetened pre-workout instead, it's cheaper in the long run and doesn't cause the same ill effects.
Isaac Gonzalez
Jesus Christ, what's with this newfound puritanism. If you don't like being addicted to coffee just drink it occasionally, like a couple times a week/month. I currently drink one medium cup a day and I don't really feel any withdrawals or anything, plus it's nice to have a hot beverage in the morning. Anxiety and similar symptoms usually happen to people who already have mental conditions so if you're sensitive maybe you should avoid.
Ayden Davis
maybe learn to spell before going on a crusade
Jonathan Brooks
Look, I did fuck up with dosages in the past and ended up feeling tired all day long, but if you keep things under control it can be very helpful. To this day caffeine is still my best pre-workout, just gotta keep an eye on it. I'm getting a bit sick of the all-or-nothing Jow Forums mentality, moderation is such a strange concept in this place.
Andrew Morales
Im on mobile and busy doesnt change the truth.
Yeahbbut the thing is i have perfect diet and sleep so i dont need a drug consumrd by peasants
Ryan Gray
Is there a link between coffee and depression? I'm usually fine but drink a cup of that and in about an hour I'll be feeling depressed and emo as fuck so I stopped drinking it altogether and I'm perfectly happy now

Really helping your case there you edgelord.

People on Jow Forums are pretty likely to be suffering from depression and relative isolation, which usually makes them more sensitive overall (me included).
For a 'normal' person, it may be fine to drink caffeine daily, drink every weekend, jerk off to porn etc. etc. but for most dudes here, it makes everything much worse and has a bigger negative impact on day-to-day life and stability.
Also, since many of us are pretty isolated or lack a father figure (or suffer from autism or whatever), things that seem common sense to you are not common sense to others.
Hell, I have no problem getting girlfriends and fucking girls, yet I don't go around claiming "lmao its so easy like just go talk to the girl and listen lmao".

i drank coffee last week once and i had a slight panic attack, i haven't had an attack in a while.

Anyone who is prone to depression, insomnia, anxiety, or any psychological disorder should avoid caffeine completely
Robert Bennett
Thanks for the warning.
If you don't mind can you share more about the bladder problem you got? What happened?
Brandon Clark
Thank you ben shapiro

I'd completely understand if you was talking about alcohol or drugs, but it's fucking coffee, sure it's slightly psychoactive, but it's coofffeee, I'm getting so triggered that I literally can't even
Asher Garcia
Its a drug too
Easton Ward
>For a 'normal' person, it may be fine to drink caffeine daily
Drinking coffee daily is a bad idea, too much of that shit can stain your teeth. It doesn't matter how much you brush, if you're drinking it everyday it will eventually catch up with you just like drinking soda daily
Jeremiah Cook
Inb4 everyone killed by the coffee lobby

Lmao Jow Forums is so pathetic
bunch of edgelords thinking they're superior to the sheeple becuase they don't drink something

1 a week is OK. But most folks let it turn into HABIT! NOT OK!!!
Jordan Hernandez
I basically used Rockstar/Monster/Relentless as pre-workout for a few years, switched to Ultra Zero after a while since I was cutting sugar. One day my bladder began to straight up hurt and I had to pee five or six times in like an hour. Since then, I'll have bladder discomfort from drinking certain stuff (energy drinks, coffee, tea), feels like constantly having to pee and like it's not all coming out. Had doctors check it out, confirmed it's from all the energy drinks. Shit fucks you up, man.
John Ward
Libcucks and soibois drink coffee, chads just drink water
You can't change my mind
Brayden Morgan
Thinking you're a "weird 4channer" is the actual problem. That's a complex.
Coffee overuse IS problematic, homo!
Jeremiah Jackson
my grandma that lives in Eastern Europe is a libcuck or a soiboi?
Jaxson Rogers
Yeah, I think the same way about alcoholics. Like, how the fuck can you become alcoholic when drinking too much causes shit hangovers and kills productivity? It's almost like different people have different reactions to different substances and people with a genetic predisposition to abuse will be more sensitive to certain stuff, much like a depressive may become more dependant on coffee to get anything done at all (since depression kills all drive to do, well, anything).
Michael Howard
same thing happens with weed
this!!!!
Oliver Price
Basedmen drink tons of coffee to feel alpha.
OVERUSE IS THE PROBLEM!
1 coffee per 72 hours is OK.

If you enjoy coffee too much, it will tempt you to suffer harder crashes over and over
my girlfriend gets HIGH from coffee.
Camden Allen
i could smoke weed just fine in the past but if i smoke it now i get full blown panic attacks, maybe it was because i smoked too much and was in a bad mindset. I smoked before that too when i still had a panic disorder and i was fine.
Leo White
I agree that for some people it might be better to stay away from coffee, but considering yourself superior just because you don't drink it is retarded and another example of how anons try to feel superior because of their insecurity
Chase Johnson
Once you fuck with the tolerance levels and overdo it hard, your body and brain will react very badly.
It's hard to overcome. Try a small cuppa coffee after a month of nocoffee, otherwise it just fucks with your hormones.
Caleb Roberts
>My people must drink beer. His Majesty was brought up on beer, and so were both his ancestors and officers.
Yeah buddy I really need all those phytoestrogens from the hops swimming around in my body because some boomer from the 1600's told me it's cool, get fucked m8. Coffee is a man's drink, beer is for teen girls who want to feel like rebels
Chase Moore
ABSTINENCE
IS
SUPERIOR
Adrian Richardson
That's what I'm saying nigger
The superiority thing is a mixed bag. Some of us clearly say these things in jest (as an offshoot of the PC master race meme), while others here are so broken down in their ego and self confidence that they latch onto anything that might make them feel 'better' than others - these types are also generally attracted towards lifting so it makes sense.
And hell, if you're a man you have an inherent drive to be the best at everything, so that's also a part of it. Generally, don't take stuff posted here seriously, ever.
Jonathan Davis
i don't know it just sucks having panic/anxiety because caffeine is the only thing that gave me a bit energy. im usually fatigued from the anxiety before i go to the gym and the feeling of drinking caffeine just feels nice.

Keith was intelligent, but without education. He served my brother from feelings of real devotion, and kept him informed of all the king's actions."[14] The friendship was apparently of a homosexual nature"
