Beginner, meaning someone that does not even work out
Exactly how fat are you?

Hello fellow squatlet

I push and I push, but it's never enough

Do some heavy leg press work after squats, helped me a lot

How long did this take you?

100kg, ~25%bf, down 6kg in 2 months
I thought fat people were good at squatting. My bench has barely improved since, but incline shot up for reasons beyond me. And dl went from being almost as bad as the squat.
Will try

13 months.

Is this the DYEL thread

Do you guys count the bar? I'm serious tho, I want to now if I should count it or not.

>finally became the teal man

Not sure why my shoulders have started falling behind a bit. They were top dog not too long ago

Attached: tealman.png (806x954, 244K)

you're lifting the bar so yes

Yes. Count the bar. Every answer after this is a meme one.

Do you subtract 20kg from dumbbell variations?

This is what you get after 9 months of basically just pulling.

Attached: Screenshot_20190326-105152.png (1080x1920, 546K)

Any advice?

Attached: stillshit.png (1910x988, 292K)

Your row form is probably garbage or you're not doing pendlay

Finally hit greenman.

Started training mid January again. Was sick the whole second half of 2018 and went from 71 kg to 63 kg.
Anyone has tips how to get foot mobility back? I can't squat anymore because all attempts turn into a good morning.

>95lb ohp
I'm not laughing with you

Noob question: do you guys count the bar weight or just the plates?

How can i be a green man?

Attached: whydoilive.png (821x943, 288K)

>That much red
Welp, I have questions about this. Do you have some sort of injury or something? What sort of body type do you have?

I hate benching. Super paranoid about dropping the bar by accident and decapitating myself or destroying my ribcage, and I'm too private to ask someone to spot me for work sets.

Attached: Screenshot_20190326-140126.png (1762x2048, 597K)

Dont have any injurys. Skinny fatso.

1,82m
86kg

Ask a single time, as an experiment. I assure you it won't be nearly as bad as you think.

Any hope for me ?

Are you guys even trying?

Attached: Knipsel.png (784x925, 251K)

How long ago did you start? Are you following a program and doing progressive overload? Eating enough? Sleeping okay?

Unless you have the absolute worst genetics of all time (highly unlikely) or an injury, you'll make progress.

Just remember what Jeff says: consistency + effort.

1. If its a work set you dont need a spot, youre going too heavy.
2. Just ask the closest broish guy you see and it wont be a big deal anymore

If I put just my back squat and row, I'm largely teal but if I put all my lifts I'm almost entirely blue. What does that mean? Need to work on my form still?

Attached: file.png (544x646, 231K)

DB bench doesn't have the crush risk. I also find with incline bench I can easily roll the bar down onto my thighs and stand up, so that could also be a safer option.

I just make sure there are people around if I'm getting close to my limit and do the noclips thing for safety, although that can backfire if you're doing a grindy, assymetric last rep.

*asymmetric

I was in a similar position, before I was nearly completely red, the one on the left was a few months ago, where I only went irregularly and I overate.

I've since cut back and gone more regularly to the gym and I've noticed my numbers go up quickly. The right what I am now, it's nowhere near where I want to be but progress is progress.

Just stay consistent.

We can do this.

>not being world class
Also, why is max rep 10? I'm new

Ive done 180kg for 10 since I made this one, so Im actually slightly darker yellow according to this

Press has been my hardest to get moving. I make decent progress on Bench, never had much upper body strength. For me press is so much form first and then strength i would watch rips video on form

Little late, didnt read until now but here it is if still lurkin

What site is this?

symmetric strength

Systematic strength - look at the OP

Me too brother, me too. Just gotta keep going at it.

I've only been lifting very seriously (3-4 times a week) for two months. Could I be more pathetic?

Started lifting in January

what should i work on

Attached: ss.png (710x893, 221K)

Squat and OHP, apparently.

Diddlies are the weakest it seems. The rest are above 1/2/3/4

Why the fuck does selecting both pushpress and power clean show calf development but selecting either doesn't?

well you definitely didn't lie

When did you start lifting?
I think my day one would have looked similar to that with a weaker ohp

How is it possible for your bench to be greater than your deadlift? Are you disabled?

Idk about him, but i dicked around on and off at the gym before i started lifting seriously and it took a while for my deadlift (which i've never done before) to overtake my bench. I'm pretty sure there's more of a mental barrier with deads because you always hear stories of people snapping their shit. I had to master the form before i'd dare deadlift more than 1pl

Speak of the devil i just raised my squat to novice today, now it's -17%

Running 5/3/1 on a cut

Natty? Time lifting? Weight? Mirin stats and body (no homo)

This is what starting strength looks like

Why does this site want me to go into t-rex mode?

FUCK POSTERIOR CHAIN

Attached: sst.png (1801x836, 454K)

mirin

I do bent over row instead of Pendlay. Are the weights very different between them?

Almost a novice at OHP while almost everything else is subpar.

Your bar path might be fucked up hence stronger shoulders

Could be, i've been trying to fix my form, and it's really been a struggle, so many little things from the grip down.
Thank you

No don't listen to these Fucks, plates take into account the weight of the bar.

Who cares, calves are the legs of legs
