Try being more deliberate with your speech and actions, and reactions to things. That helped me a lot. I often functioned on autopilot socially. Once I slowed down and became more deliberate it was easy to mold my personality.

social skills aren't listed as a primary domain because they can be dumped too, at least in the beginning of your journey. they are very important for life achievement, and should probably be the next thing you work on after getting yourself established in these 10 categories. but social skills are overrated for well-being, especially if you're starting self-improvement from rock bottom. learn to smile, look at people in the eye (but not too much), ask about their day, and that'll be fine for the time being. if you're making gains in these 10 domains anyway, i.e., feeling good, looking good, being mentally sharp, smelling decent, etc., you'll have something interesting to talk about and be pleasant to be around thanks to trickledown social gains.

your most important stats are executive functioning and metacognition. having discipline and the ability to get things done while having the self-awareness to know what needs to change and what your greatest weaknesses are will pay dividends everywhere else. can't make gains without being able to get things done. can't make gains without knowing where you need to make gains. theoretically you could wing it by sheer willpower by neglecting the other categories, though I wouldn't recommend it. they're all important. that's why they were chosen.
