the deadlifts i did yesterday have me beat down. I think im going to add RDLs to my program as a bodybuilding exercise and start at like 60kg with sets of 8-12. i think the lack of development of my hamstrings is really apparent in my lifting and a lot of my technical issues probably relate to my underdeveloped pull.

yeah thats what im planning. im just going to use a bent bar in my room and probably do RDLs daily until i get a feel for them
its not about whether they transfer for me its attacking a problem with my lifting like an imbalance in the hips from one of the points that could be contributing to the problem
