When doing a barbell row do I put the weight down or not

Depends on the intensity you’re aiming for. I do touch and go.

T bar, barbell and cable row. 5x8 each

Dumbbell all day. Big grip gains, big size gains, do'em on an incline for traps. Change up rep rhythm and weight for strength.

i do pendlay, so i put it back down

Thoughts on 1 arm cable rows?

My gym's dumbbells only go up to 90lbs and I have a lateral strength imbalance so unilateral exercises are preferred

isn't pendlay a meme just for (((strenght))) power ?

Eventually you'll have to to advance to the next repetition.

>Pendlay Rows
>70 kg 3x5
I'll add in some extra rows soon for more volumen at about 3x8-10. Considering T-bar but not sure.
Any suggestions? I'm especially interested in growing my wings

Bent over row, barbell. Posterior chain stabilizer along with traps and arms.

Usually bent-over barbell rows 5x10 and then seated cable rows 5x10. Tried out inverted rows today and fuarrrrk. I’ll probably start to work those in too.

cable machine with position set as low as possible. use a straight bar standing up Row at a 45 degree angle to your nipples. your back/traps will blow the fuck up.

Being do a chest supported Tbar for a few weeks now since I fucked my lower back. Been loving it so far, can really feel my back working

Meadows row is my favorite variation.

i do barbell cuz its more fun and i think it helps with symmetry. i do dumbells sometimes if i cant go to the real gym and have to use my apartments fitness center

They're great

What's the best bang for your buck row as an accessory.

BB row or DB row?

Dumbbell rows if you have triple digit poundage in dumbbells available

>tfw i just got my working db bench row weight to 100 lbs
I'm pretty pumped. I'll have to figure out something new once I reach 120 though (heaviest at my gym)

they're excelent, only exercise that i can feel my muscles squeezing apart from single arm dumbbell rows

DB rows are hard

Underrated kek

Pendlay Row on Upper 1, 5 x 5
Cable Row on Upper 2, 4 x 12
Also do Facepulls 4 x 20
Weighted Chin Ups 5 x 5
and other pulling exercises since I want a Barndoor back
and if you count RDLs and DLs as back pulling exercises, I do those too

how long monkey arms do you have?

Lucky, my gyms dumbbells only go up to 50. :(
