I've been doing neck curls and shrugs with with dumbbells at the front for neck so far. I've seen progress.
What other exercises do you guys do ?

I have been hitting neck directly for about 3 weeks now and lifting for 2-3 months in total.

I hit all sides (4x) for 50 reps bw as warming up
and do 1 set of 5kg (11lbs) with 60 reps.

I started out with a 15.5 inch neck measured at the middle, relaxed. Now i measure close to 16 inches.

I'm 5'8, 155lbs, 21.5 inch shoulders, 15 inch arms/calves, 13.5 inch forearms and 7.25-7.5 inch wrists.

What do you think my neck could max out at? And is my routine good enough?
What would be an aesthetic size?

yea, hold the dumbbells infront of you, not at your side. shrug up and try to think of contracting the neck as well. I get a pretty sweet neck pump after a few sets of those

the safe bet if an intermediate neck, not thin but not insanely big that you start to look like a freak to people.
I'm OP and my neck routine is very easy and quick (not saying my neck is perfect or the best looking), I do
>3x15 neck curls
>3x15 neck extensions
>3x15 looking to one side, then to the other
>3x15 tilting my head to one side, then the other (bringing my ear to my shoulder)
I do these laying on the floor, I bring my neck up a bit and do them bodyweight. As I progressed I started adding more reps and later on started using my own hand to add resistance instead of using weights. Good thing about this is that you can do it wherever you want, you just need a floor.
As it turns out, 90% of people have weak neck and so even bodyweight exercises are enough to gain some size. I don't want a neck much bigger than what is pictured in OP so I'll keep doing this routine to keep it conditioned but that's about it.

Dude you’ve only been lifting for a few months. Stop autistically measuring your neck and just keep lifting. I just recently started my neck, but I’m gonna keep at it until it looks good, not going by some arbitrary measurement.
