how come ur bench is 135x5 when I'm only a tiny bit stronger but do 315x3 on deadlifts?? also why is your squat lower than your bench

I’m 6”2 and 145 lbs. I lost nearly 14lbs since I stopped going to the gym while all my friends got fatter when they quit. It’s hard being a skele bro. My fucking stick forearms ruin every workout for me.
