You can probably hold some weights with your hands or feet or get a weighted vest. But if you've been doing for only 3 months, it's likely you can look for some progression to the exercise to keep at it
What kind of shoulder issues? Your shoulders shouldn't be helping you bench, are you sure your form isn't off?

Yes, I retract my scapulae, do a bridge and all that stuff, but the wider you bench, the closer your arms are to creating 90 degree angle with your torso, which can cause impingement, and so wide grip makes my right shoulder feel funky

You should be "lowering" the bar towards your nipples at the bottom and moving your arms in such a way that the angle to the torso is closer to 45

Yes, I know that, but if you bench with a wide grip you have to flare your shoulders more in order to keep your forearms vertical, and this causes you to touch the weight igher in your chest.

If you're constantly vomiting nothing will have much time to absorb before you empty it back out if you're taking it orally. Just stay as hydrated as possible and slowly add in caloric intake once the time between fits of nausea subsides.

Benching with any grip will build chest, if you have proper form you can't avoid doing so. The closer the grip the lower your upper bound of weight will be because you lean more on tri strength. Is the shoulder problem chronic or a temporary injury?

Nope. The only thing you need for growth is progressive overload. If you're progressing but not getting sore you're still progressing.

There is always a more challenging variation to whatever bodyweight stuff you're doing. So unless you're banging out one arm pushups, pullups, and cranking out full body levers and pistol squats then you can still progress.
