Whats wrong with drinking a lot of water though? FaI drink about 2 or 2 and a half litres of water and it has helped me lose more weight than when i drank like half a litre a day. It has 0 calories right? It helps me not get hungry and now everyday i eat 500 calories or less. Bodywater is much easier to burn that fat right?

Italian bro here, our culture is a strange blend of looking at our own fat people like whatever and shitlording the shit out of each other.
How we see it is that we have fatties and even obese people, we let them know we are disgusted and worried by their health choices, but in the end we know it's their body their choice. And they have thick enough skin to handle the occasional "concern trolling", which by the way is all concern and very little trolling.
We also have a diet rich in meat, pasta and oil (go figure) so it's very easy for italian men and women to pack on a few pounds, especially after retirement, but by then we figure out that old people deserve to live and die how they please.
