Symmetric Strength Thread

Can we get a Symmetric Strength thread?

Share your stats, how long do you lift, do you still consider yourself dyel?

OP here, this is my current log.

I‘ve been fucking around with bodyweight excercise and cardio for almost a year and now been lifting weignts for maybe a year aswell.

I started as druggie neet with skinnyfat body.

I think I am doing okay considering my circumstances.
But yeah quite dyel still which can be demotivating at times.

My deadlift sucks I can only do 2pl since I always had a bit struggle with my back. And my OHP best is only 40kg x 8 but I only integrated them lately.

6'3" 20 225-230lbs
Been working out for about 6 months now
Recently I haven't been going up as much in some lifts but that's probably due to my lack of motivation to try harder
But I went from couldn't bench more than a pl8 and couldn't deadlift more than 2pl8 to 2pl8 bench for 5 and 4pl8 deadlift for 5
Going to work on my squats after my break

Triceps holding me back in bench. Working on fixing it, though.

>cheating on his rows

anytime someone has a massively outsized score in one group and its a retarded thing like a pendlay row you know their form is dogshit

>tfw first signs of green
YEAH BUDDEH

Congrats user. Based on my projected exercise, overheadpress/delts are going to be my last exercise to escape intermediate.

My goals for the end of the year. Apparently my weighted pull ups are unrealistic.

>no pull-up stats
Post pull-ups and post body

T-thanks, I guess...

my hamstrings are too tight to not leg drive, but i'm trying really hard to only use my legs to get the weight off the ground and my knees out of the way

My deadlift is horrible. How do I bring it up?

Attached: Screenshot_20190328-203038_Symmetric Strength.jpg (1080x2220, 356K)

Just curling for an hour is not "lifting", curlsbro.

you don't have to let the bar go all the way to the floor.
just do a bentover barbell row instead of yates, you don't have mobility for yates.

>somehow able to channel super saiyan energy for ridiculous 1rm
>can only squat just over 200lbs

W-what am I?

Attached: symmstren.png (1033x810, 377K)

A novice, as described in your own picture.

Well duh, but I am curious as to why I can deadlift so much more than I can squat and OHP.

Thanks user, i'll fix it. I was trying to stick with yates because it's the most based, even with my shit mobility

you probably use your back and will end up in snap city someday

I'm okay with my horizontal press not being great, but I wanna work on my pulling. What else should I add for back?
