1- strength has a correlation with muscularity, but it's fairly weak. Having larger muscles increases your strength potential, but your actual strength has a lot to do with CNS adaptation, leverages, and technique.
2- muscularity has a correlation with looking good, but it's fairly weak. Bone structure, leanness, symmetry, and muscle insertions all have a larger effect on aesthetics than muscle size.
