You mean the best ways to get into dopamine deficiency with the inevitable crash and long-term downregulation of dopamine receptors ?

It feels good at first but those are one of the few reasons people ever get into a situation of dopamine deficiency.

Is it possible to fix? I rarely drink coffee now but from when I 13-22 I drank a ton of it. I remember being a fatass in high school and every weekend morning making a pot of coffee and drinking it through the morning while I played vidya.

I've been completely exhausted since I was 16 and am 26 now. I fall asleep while driving, wake up every hour or two, memory and concentration went to shit and this all happened literally overnight one day when I was 16. Wellbutrin helped for a few months like 5 years ago but hasn't worked since then. Afraid to take Adderall.

Ashwagandha and L-theanine

these symptoms are just a meme, right?

Try to look for anti-stress supps like Magnesium, Vitamin B6 and Niacinamide (a better form of B3). I think it's possible to fix but not if you still have something that triggers your adrenals daily. Coffee did this for a long period in your life and so your stores are depleted. But if you have other reasons to stress or lack some minerals/vits that help support the system, dropping coffee alone won't fix it. You want to add stuff that support you rather than create a surge. Adderall would wreck you way more than coffee.

bro get your self checked for sleep apnea

Appreciate it lad, will screen cap.
Unfortunately I have and they said I don't have it. Have also had many blood tests, been to cardiologists, pulmonologists, tried a bunch of antidepressants, been to more specialists that I can't really remember. Everyone always says that from what they can measure my health is just about perfect.

Man, those "symptoms" really are vague and could be anything.
Could be low t., low dopamine, low vitamin D, low self esteem, lack of exercise, bad nutrition, codependency, depression, stress or plenty of other more exotic shit
Mental health is hard. Get a therapist

Hold the fuck up, coffee can fuck up your dopamine levels?

T. drinks 5 cups black a day

I also have maybe fucked up

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA CHECK EM

Every stimulant drug basically, mostly linear with the rush felt during it.

You fucking stupid little prick. Do you have any idea how the brain works? Does the word "downregulation" ring any bells? Thought not. Inbred little cunt.

Temple trekking

Fuck off Settled

Rollin

Jesus fucking Christ, I have everything from that pic.

Right down to the fucking tremor (for which I went to 3 neuros, did a brain magnet, a shitton of testing, and every doc I've seen says they can't find anything wrong with me).

Never did any drugs or drank, but the depression + stress describes me to a t.

The fuck do I do? Is this shit even reversible?

Yes get checked. I started snoring mildly two years ago. Coincidentally my gym gains came screaming to a halt and I was tired ALL THE FUCKING TIME. Neck got too big from lifting and causes snoring. I am not fat at all but have moderate sleep apnea, cpap machine is a miracle.
