Count calories, try to get 50% from protein, 40% carbs, 10% fat. Train weights 3 times a week, find a good starter lifting programme that suits your schedule, whatever programme u use will give u good gains as a noob. Sleep 8 hours a night minimum. Rinse and repeat for 6 months, achieve noobie gains and feel good about yourself. God speed, son, if you stick with this it'll be the best thing you ever did for yourself.

Start benching if you can
If you cant start doing 50 push ups daily, then 100, then 200
Then work other muscles

Have you tried working out

squats and oats
Starting strength

Start with something small, like going to the gym twice a week for an hour , and after you fall into a routine start to add stuff on top of it, like going 3 times a week or going longer. If you try to start too big you’ll just get overwhelmed and quit. Also watching your diet doesn’t hurt either.

Run until your lungs hurt
Lift heavy things and put them down
