Eating more carbs and lifting more weights

Eat lots of meat

>Eating more carbs
Why carbs though?

- Vitamin D, Zinc, Magnesium
- 8/h of sleep everyday
- lift heavy weights

I hope the horsie wear earplugs XD

gives you energy to lift more weights retard

increasing test is like chasing the dragon. Sure you might do loads of shit to gain an extra amount of test, but it won't honestly do anything for you. +-2mg a day won't do shit. low test is a bit of a meme. you have to multiply your test by a lot to see benefits, and that can only be achived with roids.

If your levels are 400 or 800, makes no practical difference

More muscle => More test
More food + increased exercise weight/volume => more muscle
More money => more food
More gibs => more money
More socialism => more gibs

Therefore more socialism = more test

That still leaves us with the same question. Protein and fat also contain energy, infact, fat contains more than twice as much energy than carbs do. So once again: Why carbs?

You're retarded

fat contains 9 times more energy than carbs and almost 10 times more than protein, gram for gram

haha, can you please give an actual argument instead of just calling me retarded? Im asking a genuine question. Im not even saying your wrong or anything. Im literally just asking you why and how?

Holy fuck. You seriously might have a brain defect.

the fuck is the point of trying to explain the benefits of carbs to a ketofag

If you live a healthy life your testosteron levels won't be a problem. In the end it all comes down to:
- lift weights
- do cardio
- eat a healthy diet
- get enough sunlight
If you do all these things your test levels should be at your upper limit

Well, if ketofags are wrong, it should be fairly easy to present some facts, right? And if you are unable to present facts, then how can you claim ketofags are wrong? (im not even a ketofag myself btw, once again, im genuinely asking you why and wondering what your argument is)

The difference is digesting protein is FAR harder than breaking down carbohydrates. It's not just about energy content, it's also about efficiency, and carbs usually outdo protein in both.

If efficiency is your argument, then what about fat? Our body literally burns fat "more efficiently" than carbs. I have studies nutrition and i literally have a physiology book in the bookcase next to me that mentions how fat is more efficient than carbs. And im fairly sure that you can also google it if you dont believe me.

you can only ""increase"" it if you are defficient in something that is causing your test to drop.
do shit like
>sleep well, avoid blue light before bed
>workout, strength and hypertrophy
>do some HIIT
>take supplements like D, zinc, magnesium
>take sun light
>drink plenty of water
>avoid sugar like the plague
>avoid simple carbs

good post. I hate these threads.

No it doesn't ya dunce.
1g carb = 4 calories
1g protein = 4 calories
1g fat = 9 calories
