Same height as you, was a 260lb collegiate shotputter, lost 80lbs, worked shirtless at Hollister (8/10 face), graduated college and got back to 230 due to alcohol abuse and overeating. Just hit 196 yesterday. Put on muscle first, then lose the fat. It's better to be the big dude than the skinny fat guy especially if you have a meh face. Then, cut. This is a MARATHON not a SPRINT, so set a goal that by NEXT spring you'll be 5'11, 199lbs, 18-22% bf.

Your forearms seem small. If you could add some volume to your forearms you'd be really well proportioned, but again you look really good right now and should be proud of yourself.
