Anyone had any experience with tendonitis in the shoulder and bicep?
Pretty sure i fucked my shit up doing shoulder presses with dumb bells, kept working through the pain and had a deep ache in my shoulder afterward
Now when i lift my arm like im flapping a wing, i get a pretty bad pain and cant hang for pull ups and toes to bar.
Does this shit actually go away? Or am i fucked for life?

That was her before? Why did she do this, she was cute.

Can't help, sorry, OP

She probably naturally started looking unattractive and tried to change her style in hopes it would help

>absolute state of fitness ,,culture''

Those fucking problem glasses. So fucking dumb

Do you feel pain in the front delt area?

I’m dealing with bicep tendinitis right now, and I’ve made some good progress on it within a month. All you need to do is manually massage your shoulder and stretch your bicep. It should clear up enough that you can keep doing whatever it is you need to.

Stretch:

Mainly the stretch using the elastic tied to a bar above you

Massage:

10 minutes per day, I recommend using something like tiger balm while you massage it. Does wonders for me.

Where im pointing in pic related is what hurts when i lift my arm, pretty sure thats what youre talking about, it hurts to the right of my shoulder blade, the side of the delt that faces away from my body, and down my bicep too.

Thanks man i appreciate all the information, plan on seeing a sports doctor but dont want to stop lifting until then.
Does icing help along with these massages and stretches? Or should i not bother

this is one of the most brutal JUSTs I've ever seen

Yes. Right felt. Face pulls not fixing...

How long have you had it bud?

Start doing a lot of rotator cup work. Go light but use resistance such as bands. Stop ego lifting. Cray what people do. im 170 lb strict ohp 225 for x2

You are welcome lads

She has a youtube channel that is basically softcore porn.

Should i expect to lose mass or definition when i go down in weight from my ego lifts?

Is it me or is she standing in a weird way? It'

Yes, she's pointed toes inward to achieve a thigh gap

YO have you guys seen her sister? the definition of SLAM PIG

youtu.be/dTe7q1WuueI

imagine tearing off those red panties and forcibly anal fisting her until she passes out and prolapses, imagine.

Imagine smashing her sister because you were drunk and she got pregnant and railroaded you in the courts so now you have a little goblin looking offspring that you're forced to pay child support on haha.

eh worth it cus still fucked

I had this man, about a month ago, not really sure how I got it to be honest. Anyway, realised something was up when benching. The following workout I trained arms and could really feel the pain in my bicep, and realised it was tendonitis.

I got rid of it in about a week. I alternated ice packs and antiinflamatory on the shoulder three times a day. Rest your arm 90 deg on a pillow, expose the tendon and apply ice/cream. Obviously take it easy in the gym.

tf i didnt reckognize her, she looks much better in pics

Yes. I had to chose between lifting and surfing cause my tendon would fucking hurt like crazy after surfing. To the point where I couldn’t even move my arm for a half an hour afterward and after some rest the pain goes away completely. Certain back workouts exacerbate the problem and paddling on a surfboard is basically the same movement as those backworkouts. I fucking hate this shit man.

FUCCCKKKK, I'm on nofap and trying really hard here and you're FUCKING it UP for me man!>!>?!!?

Opinions vary slightly but generally speaking if you have a tendon/ligament issue, you really need to lay off anything that causes any pain in the effected area. You do need to move it to promote blood flow, but if its acute and really hurting you need to immobolize it for 36-72 hours so it can calm down. Then start gentle stretching(no pain!) and motion.
Beware of taking ibuprofen because it is literally magic on this type of pain, do not confuse not being in pain when taking to "its ok to start hitting weights again" because its not and all you are doing is delaying real healing when you do this. Most sports medicine docs, when you get this type of injury are advising against antinflammatories as the current feeling is it delays healing as well anyways, but do what you need to do.

idk she looks pretty cute here, she's just an attractive person over all and i would totally rape her and her sister

an injury arising from a discrete incident is not tendonitis you fucking retard

Ideal female body right there, would impregnate over and over

This
Also very high volume for very low intensity gets the bloodflow to the connective tissue and tendons, do sets of 25 to 50 for a total of 500-1000 reps, watch Devon Larrat's video about recovery in armwrestling for more details.
Also ibuprofen helps with inflammation for the first week, but remember that pain =\= inflammation.

haha that would be so weird

Looks like a man.

right looks better

Lasted almost a month for me. Ice it up and stretches are probably the things that helped me the most (aside from sleeping)

based haha poster

Haha that would be awkward

I'd rather fuck the sister. Luscious!

Because when girls reach a certain age they give in finally to the urge to conform (men too usually)

Might be a tendon desu

+ anterior pelvic tilt for emphasis

>Why did she do this
its not like she chose to grow older lmao

You’re a goddamn idiot if you don’t stop lifting. Eat enough protein, you won’t lose your gains. And learn to stop ego lifting in the gym. Be grateful it’s not too serious.

Rest for 2 weeks and take it easy when you start again. It will take months for it to heal. Just dont force it for 3 months

That's how I fucked up my shoulder in the exact same spot... for 5months now - continued with my workout even after feeling pain.

Any kind of shoulder pain
ANY AT ALL
lay off the weights and take a week or two off
I had a nagging shoulder after a heavy PRESS day and it's still fucked because I kept working pushing exercises.
Take a break man, eat and sleep

fuuuarrk

I appreciate all the responses boys.
Im going to go work out today and my friend wants to do heavy cleans, gonna turn him down.
Gonna do those massages and ice, hopefully it works out. Thanks

I think she's cute, Idgaf what people say.

why are her toes so long?

Recovering from a similar injury. Saw my doc, I'm on week 5 of anti-inflamatories/stretching/rest. The majority of improvement was week 3-4, which also is the week I spent the least time doing other shit (since I wasn't at the gym)... maybe related. If you can't get to doctor, taking 500 mg of Aleve (2 pills) 2x a day is the same as the anti-inflamatory prescription, just a bit cheaper with insurance.

Once pain is gone, start doing giant rubber band excersizes for rotator cuff. I had one leftover from physical therapy years ago, I'm sure you can find one on amazon for a few bucks.

Just imagine her farting out your load from her blown out and prolapsed asshole.
