I remember reading the forum posts of some fat guy that ate two of those every morning for breakfast in addition to other stuff. he had no idea why he was fat, but didnt think to make regular oatmeal
Its just a solid way to not feel hungry for a few hours.
I am the lead oil bitch at a dealership which means I run around a bunch trying to fix shit the other guys are constantly fucking up.
I'd love to get ripped , but mostly just trying to feel confident for a trip coming up in early May

Frankly, just skip breakfast if you're cutting. A good strong coffee is enough.
If you're a labourer or your job makes you move a lot then just eat some fruit throughout the day to sate your hunger.
One average size meal, low in empty calories before bed so you don't goto sleep feeling hungry and you'll lose than flab for sure.
If you're going to eat instant oatmeal then at least have plain instead of with all that shit in it like your OP pic
I like my apples and cinnamon though man.

Cut up a fresh apple into plain rolled oats and sprinkle cinnamon on it.

Im lean af and eat 70-100g everyday. Just count calories. Im frgual too and they are cheap

I recommend a 16 hour fast and working out while fasted. Then a small meal to Break your Fast, and an hour later a big meal.

Go for a bottle of water with protein powder.
Eat some almonds or a banana.
Oatmeal is alot of carbs. Flavored ones also have a ton of sugar (read: empty calories).

Get quick oats and add fruit or nuts to it. The instant shit has a bunch of added sodium, sugar, articificial flavor, etc.
Steel cut or old fashioned are better obviously, but quick oats will do in a pinch
