I do cottage cheese, flavored yogurt, jam, oats, nuts, peanut butter and sliced banana all together. Layer it all on top of each other (in that order) and let it sit in fridge overnight. Mix/mash all together in the morning for amazing breakfast.

I mix a smoothie from the following:
>cottage cheese (the more you put in, the more viscous it'll be in the end)
>1 banana
>1 pear
>1 large spoon of honey
>2-3 glasses of milk (any kind will do, use your favorite)

Toss it all in a blender, mix for ~1 minute, and there you go, the perfect breakfast. Best of all, it tastes like a banana/pear milkshake. You can even toss in some ice cubes if you want it colder during the summer. Swap out pears for apples if you want (or any other fruit). The banana is a must, since it gives the most taste and consistency.

This will easily keep you sated for 3 hours. Toss in some whey powder if you want, but I personally leave it out since it messes with the taste and screws up the rest of my eating schedule. Even without the whey, it has pretty good macros and should give you a nice kick after 45-60min.

Try it as pre-workout, it's easy and fast to make, and gives enough energy to crush at the gym.
