Do a little bit of cardio every workout 10-20mins, burning fat is fine you're not going to lose muscle as long as you're eating fine.
What's you're diet? If you were doing a clean bulk you're body wouldn't of gained this much fat. Dirty bulk is a meme which you happen to fall for.
You're a memer if your routine doesn't have elements of both. Just add more accessories ffs, or try phul. Or, here's a fun idea, phul but instead of upper hypertrophy you split it into a pull day and a push day with high volume. So you get a kickassk 5 day split

You obviously don’t know what your TDEE is. If you are coming back from a cut, you have to slowly increase calories (like 100 calories every 2 weeks), not jump right up to what you think your TDEE is
Was it a clean bulk? I think it's just that you gained a lot of fat and lost your abs and overall definition.

I actually just started adding weight last weekend.
I hit 11 chins chest to bar from a dead hang and figured it was time to add weight.
got 50 lb for 2, 25 lb for 7
I've dislocated my shoulder 3x so chins feel better than pullups, also why my pressing is so weak but working on that
Cut for six months, bulked for four, cut for two, bulked four, cut two more. Weights were something like 246>206>220>204>215>198
Currently reverse dieting and am bloated up to 205 (right pic). Waist is the same and pumps are yuge. Early reverse is a good time
I did an upper/lower split, programming changed every so often. Did reverse pyramids while cutting, did Candito’s 6-week a few times, did 5x5 a few times. All that matters is that you increase weights over time.
Always finished every workout with a few push/pull supersets (eg pull-ups/dips, rows/dB press, curls/tricep extensions) and got big pumps. Don’t listen to guys who say accessories are pointless, you need to blast your arms to make them grow
