Monday- trail running Tuesday- bouldering Wednesday- swimming Thursday- striking combat sport Friday- grappling combat sport Saturday- light calisthenics Sunday- praise the lord
I dub it man vs nature, man vs man, man vs self Or MNMS
All these build cardio, stamina, lean muscle mass, build invaluable skills, have great social groups to make friends with, and let you experience the full spectrum of being a human without spending hours in a gym moving a couple feet from machine to machine without saying a word and even the compound movements don’t utilize the whole body like all the things I’ve listed do
Once you start going to a pool regularly you will notice the same people. In my experience most people are very friendly.

>trailrunning >on wooden platforms through the woods instead of on the ground dodging tree roots, hopping on rocks, and sinking into the mud It would be okay if it was a bridge crossing the creek, but it isn't. Even then, most of your serious trail runners have no issue crossing running water. This picture is not trail running. It's a shirtless douche pretending he is a trail runner.
Checked and based. I'm officially taking the MNMS pill.

Wtf is bouldering, some sort of gay code for scissoring with your balls or something?

Its ok user, come join us at /out/ and stop being frustrated by stock photos of basic bitch idealization of trail running. I have a route which involves swimming across a river to get home. I do it even in single digit F temps and I believe myself to be in amazing shape because of it.

bouldering, builds cardio? wtf are u talking about. this is a shit routine and you will just be shit at a lot of things, pick one major and one minor sport. do the major 4-5 times per week and minor 1-2.

Rock climbing at shorter heights but without equipment, typically on "harder" routes or in more difficult locations. Actually enjoyable and a decent arm, shoulder, and back workout
