If you lift less than 1/2/3/4 stop fucking posting on this board. Nobody gives a shit about your opinion you are weak as shit.
If you lift less than 1/2/3/4 stop fucking posting on this board

Post body
1/2/3/4 for 5x5, 1x5, or just 1 rep? This makes a huge difference

Unironically agree with this statement
>4
Kek, I do AT LEAST 6 reps on any given lift, some as much as 20.
was this fake or did that dude seriously just 4 finger that kid into the air through his ass? fuckin kek
Take your inferiority complex back to /vg/
It's always 1RM
cant lift less than 1/2/3/4 if you dont lift at all
1/1/3/4 reporting in
Benching is so gay why bother lol I do weighted dips
I can do 90 pounds on the cable row, is this good?
Daily reminder that 1/2/3/4 doesn't count if you're a fat ass, lifting your own body weight is not impressive
>making bullshit statements
Post body WITH TIMESTAMP or GTFO faggot.

THAT BEING SAID: SHITPOSTERS in general need to GTFO and STAY out. Enough of the CANCER already.
#MakeFitGreatAgain
This. I'm 6'0" 165lb skelly and I do 1/2/3/4 fuck off fat fuck
Based and redpilled
Only people with shit benches say that.
Go get coached on how to bench and maybe you'll see some real progress.

>If you lift less than 1/2/3/4 stop fucking posting on this board. Nobody gives a shit about your opinion you are weak as shit
Go away you abused man-child. Nobody cares about your opinion or you as a person.
1x5
No retard is 1x5
2/3/4/5 is for 1 rep
or at least stop giving advice and posting your
shitty workout routines, good post user.
1/2/3/4 is fat cope
>t. 1/2/3/4 x5 5'9" manlet at 155 lbs
If you lift less than 100 points get off this board
>165
>skelly
>1/2/3/4
Either you're not a skelly or you're lying. I can do 1/2 and can 1rep 4pl8 dl at 150 but I'm a giga manlet. Not a fucking chance you're squatting 315 for 5 at 165 unless you're below 5'8.
Hell yeah,liked and upvoted
I agree, OP
Too many weak people giving terrible advice. 1/2/3/4 is a little low, as many people get to that within a few months
No, you don't
Can't 1/2/3/4 and I'm posting. I come here to learn not to tell people what's what.
Since this thread has a retarded premise and I don't want to kill another thread to ask a simple question: I work a job wherein I am sometimes required to do work above my head. Mechanical stuff, a lot of precision movements. This can get pretty grueling after a little while. Are there any exercises to help make this not such a chore?
