Not trolling good sir, simply a natural born deadlifter
daily reminder that if you didn't pull 200kg your first day on the gym you should just give up
I was the same only I deadlifted 2pl8 my 3rd sesh.
fucked me up tho cuz now I'm stalling at 2pl8 and have to deload
>first time in gym deadlift 80kg for 10 reps
>4th session 120kg for 8 reps.
"Muh god tier genetics look at me"
Bro I could deadlift 450 (205kg) the first time I stepped in a gym
I am at 100kg 1 rep max after 1 month and mine is a pretty shit result
Based
.👌
I deadlifted 2pl8 the first time I tried it. I worked a manual labor job for many years before though. I currently dL 4pl8 for reps a little over a year since I first started
autismpilled✔️
So you can't even deadlift 2pl8 for 5 reps yet? Shit tier genetics homie. Basically every normie who steps foot in a gym can diddly 2pl8 first try even if they're 110 lbs soaking wet
I can just feel the shit form eminating from this thread
Just wondering but when did everyone start deadlifting? I was always afraid of this lift and didn't start until I got my squat to at least 225lbs.
Started Saturday.
Started squats too. I am an imbalanced mess. Had never trained legs.
this is a troll post💯

Funny thing is, I didn’t even know my lift was good until I plugged it in to symmetric strength

Keeeeeek
You have won the internet for today good sir!
I was feeling okay about my 3.25+ plate diddly until someone here posted a lil cutie (Jessica Buettner) pulling near 500lb (she’s done 510#!!!). Took me about 6 months to get here with 3x week training, but missing some and not pushing too hard. Averaging maybe 4 DL days a month.
