I'm 1/1.5/1/3

I'm 1/1.5/1/3
What that make me?

pathetic

1/2/3/4 is stronger than more than 60% of men. Most men don't lift and most that do fuck around doing only curls and bench press. 1/2/3/4 is stronger than like 85% of men.

So whats this 1/2/3/4 in kg? Total please if possible not without bar or something like that.

1/2/3/4 - you have trained for a year with good programming
2/3/4/5 - you have traines for 4-5 years consistently
3/4/5/6 - you have reach you absolute natty limit after 15+ years
4/5/6/7 and above - top tier genetics and a shitload of roids

>1/2/3/4
This is definitely stronger than 95% of men. Have you seen 95% of men? Even assuming it's only over 18's.
>about 13% of the world's adult population (11% of men and 15% of women) were obese in 2016
>Almost half the world — over three billion people — live on less than $2.50 a day.
That's 35% of men barely able to function on a reasonable level, let alone anything else.
>The study found that nearly 80% of the population fails to hit key national government targets – performing moderate exercise for 30 minutes at least 12 times a month. It found that just over 8% of adults who could walk had not – with the exception of shopping – walked continuously for five minutes within the previous four weeks

60/100/140/180

These schemes are really stupid. 1/2/3/4 doesn't become 2/3/4/5, benching and pressing don't follow the same loading progression as a squat or deadlift. I hate seeing this shit, thank god it's April fools because only a clown would believe this type of shit.

liked and (you)ed user thanks😃

And it also depends on height. A male who is 6'1 and above will have problems to reach high numbers in squat and bench unless he's eating himself up to a unhealthy as fuck weight. Dolph Lundgren for his example was into lifting since he was a teenager and his all time max in bench and squat was 315.

>that OHP is a push press
>that bench press is multiply roidaroo horse shit
>that squat is mile high, roidaroo, multiply horse shit with a monolift that wasn't locked out
>deadlift on a noodle bar with a suit, straps and hitching
Real all time greatest lifts are 216kg/335kg/490kg/460kg

Imagine thinking a 180kg bench, 260kg squat and 300kg deadlift are the natty limit and take 15+ years to reach. Imagine thinking a 220kg bench, 300kg squat and 340kg deadlift can only be achieved by elite genetics and roids.

work in progress🏳️

I'm sorry a 220kg squat and 260kg deadlift are natty limit and 260kg squat and 300kg deadlift require roids.
Lmao

>1/1.5/1/3
what the fuck are those ratios

Fucking Jow Forums with its delusions at it again. Go out on the street rn and look at the general population. How many dudes roll up that look like they are 1/2/3/4? Im willing to bet not even 1 in 1000 western men is 1/2/3/4. The average western dude is 40yo boomer with bmi of 32. Probably less than 1% of these guys even hit the gym on the regular and out of those maybe 1% is actually 1/2/3/4

no, every other man is 1/2/3/4

According to Jow Forums 80s Arnie is a dyel

Test

I could OHP 1pl8 before I could squat 1pl8...

>Imagine thinking 1 in every 10 men is 4/5/6/7
Thats a mighty retarded image you got there

Bruh are your legs and arms swapped?

22 years old, 6'3, lifting for about a year
OHP 135, bench 225, squat 315, and DL 355. Lifting for a year. Am I gonna make it?

Doing good breh

Shit infographic
1/2/3/4 is probably stronger than 95% of men globally and 99% of "men" on Jow Forums.

>1pl8 OHP stronger than only 60%
You are being way to generous with the average male's strength.

What a retarded pic. 1/2/3/4 makes some sense but adding a pl8 to ohp is much harder than adding a pl8 to diddly. And the percentages wouldn't be linear and should be much higher.
Something like 80, 87, 93, 97, 99

>70%
the only one of those I've ever seen anyone do was a 3pl bench, which doesn't seem that uncommon

Don't you know that 30% of males train in small powerlifting gyms? you're just stuck in your DYEL hole and don't see them.

gues I'll never make it then

People who claim 1/2/3/4 is mediocre at best are either larping DYELs or gymcels who literally do nothing but lift and disregard everything else. Social life, romance, family, careers etc

>implying he isn't

I work a full time job, own a house, have a social life with friends, am married, and lift 4 days a week. 1/2/3/4 is DYEL as fuck you fucking DYEL.

> 1 in 5 men can lift 315 pounds over their heads.

you could at least try to make this believable

Waht a joke, In germany 10% have a contract with a gym. As far i know 30% have a contract but dont go. So 7% are left.
with 1/2/3/4 you are top 93% of Men at least.
