I never used to stretch but recently I've had problems with my lower back, and there seems to be a small shoulder imbalance so I've been meaning to start. Will probably be after though, I've heard strecthing before can impact your lifting, and the muscles are nice and warm after your workout.

A year ago I developed drop foot too though I got rid of it quickly with daily leg stretches, massages and light cardio, fuck the amount of medical twats who try convincing you to wear a fucking brace.

Yep before and after. Good for avoiding tendon/joint strain and injury. People who think it is sissy to stretch are retarded or just think they don’t stretch when in fact doing a warm up set is just another way to stretch.
