I wasn't feeling any fat loss really until I took some good photos yesterday. There was an undeniable improvement. I've only lost 5lbs but haven't been caught up in it since I've been adding 2.5lbs to each main lift every session without fail so far. I am certain I'm going to make it and feels so good.

I have a set of adjustable DB I use for Incline DB BP, Curls, Lat Raises
I also do Pull Ups, Weighted Push ups, Weighted sit ups, and ab wheel.
AAxAAxx or AAAxAxx (cardio occasionally off days)

IF, coffee whenever I wake up
Lunch ~2pm

You should def not eat 1200 calories or less. You should just add a 1 day fast once a week to your routine and cardio more so you dont get the metabolizim fucked upitis

I cut from like 190 in the left photo down to 150 in like 5 months and then went on an 8 month bulk to like 164, cut down again to like 156 bulked to about 174 in another 8 months or so and then cut to 160. That's what I weigh in the photo on the right. As far as loose skin I still have it it's just not noticeable unless I'm sitting in a chair or leaning over. Tons of stretch marks on my waist and behind my delts though, those kind of lightened.
I do a 5 day split
Monday: chest and biceps
Tuesday: legs
Wednesday: back and biceps
Thursday: chest and shoulders
Saturday: full body (deadlifts and squats)

Yeah I would say so, you look way bigger and more shredded with a tan. Melanotan and the sun are my best friends. Being tan makes me feel like chad walking around the beach with sloots around.

yep, I plan on cutting down to maybe 15-17% BF for summer, then bulk up during the fall. Hopefully I'll be down to 15-17% by maybe mid May. I'm guessing I'm about 20% right now.
