My ATP is mostly gone now. I am sure you could do it much more efficiently and effectively than I did but I'll relate my experiences.
I did the stuff on this poster a bit but not religiously.
I think the biggest things that helped me were doing a couple of kinds of hip flexor stretch and switching to a standing desk. I eliminated time spent sitting as much as possible.
