The argument for natural sugars it's always been a low glycemic index which equates to a lower and more stable raise in blood sugar which is better for gains you mongoloid

>2 slices whole wheat bread: 8g protein
>1 banana: 1g protein

21g protein, with a complete amino acid profile, is pretty damn good for a purely vegetarian/vegan meal. add a glass of obligatory 2% milk to wash the pb out your mouth and you're at 31g protein with lots of fiber and micronutrients from a pretty light meal.
