Happened to me too, overtime it just got more stable. Also try to have excellent form when performing the exercises, also don't just look up what it should look like and try to mimic it, play around with ways of doing the exercise, however obviously you should always keep in mind the possibility of injury, so don't play around to much. Just mess around with different ways to grab the rings, the shoulder position, the body position, shit like that, because proper form varies from person to person since people have different leverages. I did these things that i told you with my dips and now they look great
