Idk but your bh% is about the same as mine

18-20%

I want to say 10% but I can't see your abs... Definitely under 12% though.

I did not expect it to be that low. My muscles need a lot of defining though

will I gain abs if I just keep doing 50 situps a day?

You just have no muscles under your fat. Eat more and follow a lifting routine.

No you will gain abs if you grow some abs with food and heavy lifting

Do I actually need to buy protein/carbohydrate powder to make serious gainz? Or can I just get around that by eating a bit of pasta and chicken after workout?

How you know seeing u dont have any ?

sorry, couldn't see your post. I also can't heavylift cause my gym is shit. I fuck around with dumbell exercises and home workout routines such as sit -ups for an hour a day.

Still cutting, bros

Attached: Cropped.png (2058x1784, 1.72M)

Abs mostly just come from genetics and overall size. I did 16 sets of ab per week last cut and only 1-2 minutes of planks per day on this cut, and it made zero difference.

That being said, if you have access to an ab crunch machine, that's the best exercise because it's easy to increase the weight and harder to cheat by using your hip flexors.

8-10%

Yeah I’m curious about yours too. I’m 63 203lbs. I look a tad bit better than you but not dramatically. I want to see my abs again. It’s been 6 years.

25-30%

So I’m guessing in 20%. Damn. I’d really like to get down to 12% by June. It’s gonna be stupid hard.

12-14%

Eat whatever you want as long as you're eating at an excess and hitting your protein goals.

Is it that low? I still have some fat in my lower back.

20%

Last year it took me 3.5 months to go from left (213lbs) to right (188lbs). If you're right about being 20% BF then you can do it by the end of June/beginning of July by losing 1.5lbs per week.

It's pretty subjective and depends a lot on your body fat distribution, but I'm pretty confident you're at most 10%. How lean do you think I am? I still have a noticeable layer of fat covering my abs, so subtract at least 2% off of that.

I've never posted a picture anywhere, but here goes.
Basically I was injured badly some 18 months ago, had rollercoasters of weightgain and loss due to massive depression during that time and my body went to absolute shit.
At my worst I was at 240 pounds, but I managed to get that in check.
I got cleared by my doc recently so I've started going to the gym again, my question is that should I continue cutting for now and is a 3x week full body routine enough for progress, doing GSLP with a few additions.
Currently at 6'1 and 180lbs.
Could use an estimate, and some advice, was thinking of dropping down to 154lbs and building from there.
I also posted this in CBT, but I think it's past bump limit.

Attached: 1554520672156.png (518x803, 523K)

Are you supposed to flex your abs when you do these? Or are all of these pictures taken when you're relaxed?

Holy shit, nice progress. Do you have any cutting tips? I keep getting really cold hands and feet and constant tiredness cutting at 1.5 lb/wk. I also tend to binge on the weekends.

Just a hair under 20

I’m 185 lbs and i literally cant go lower. I’ve been fasting and doing fasted cardio in the morning
Including keeping my daily cals low as fuck.
How much more do i need to drop to be

Attached: 2C7A7E89-4D3A-4A44-8FA3-EFE25373E9EE.jpg (407x493, 54K)

nice cock, more? OwO

I aint gay dude

What was your fasting scheme brah? You have decent muscle; you weren't scared about losing any of it fasting? How fast did you lose weight during your cut?

Before pics?

Why would you wanna drop? You already are pretty lean

that penis looks like mine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cutting at 1lbs/week this time has worked out much better for me from a hunger, energy and strength perspective, but that'll extend your cut duration by 1.5-2 months.

I had a planned refeed day once per week when I could eat whatever I wanted. If you're the binging type of person this may not be a good idea: even though I ate some pretty calorie-dense foods (bacon, pancakes, donuts), I naturally restrained myself a little because I was still focused on losing weight.

Train the same way you did while you were bulking. With an aggressive deficit like 1.5lbs/week, you may need to decrease the weight on the bar to get the same number of reps, but don't decrease the number of sets.

haha any pics? haha

I usually fast either one of the two ways:
Wake up in the morning and burn 500 calories fasted
Or
Fast from 3pm until the next day.
It took me about 2 and a half months to go from pic related which was around 225lbs at the peak of my bulk to now 185 but my goal is 170 but its so goddamn fucking hard.
Ive been stuck at 185 for weeks regardless on how much work i’ve put in.
And no i’m not scared about my muscle because I know i can gain it back easily. (I’ve done it before)

Attached: 91C270D1-0E64-44D0-B1A6-1E3B92FC1ECD.jpg (1536x2680, 361K)

So if you were still losing 1.5 lbs/week with a weekly refeed, then you were eating at more than a 750 daily deficit? Like 1000 calories?

Lurker here, that's a lot of weight loss but damn it doesn't look like you lost 25 pounds, if you asked me without telling me the numbers I'd say it looks like you lost half that.

I need to lose weight again after massive injury and getting /fat/, but when I did cut I could do it pretty hardcore as I have a prescription medication that crushes my appetite and so I'd take that in the morning, do OMAD and then sleep so I could lose 2.2 pounds a week or more.

Anyway, good shit bruh.

Attached: 1445736181585.png (750x750, 58K)

the shit at the bottom of my abs is loose skin because I used to be really really fat

Attached: ting.jpg (999x1920, 190K)

Great transformation though dude, that's about as lean as you'd want to get isn't it?

Took this tonight. Sorry for the Android quality

You're the OP, right? You must be hovering around 10%.

How can someone get rid of that skin? I was very fat too for some time and when i get to my goal i don't want that skin to ruin my looks

6,4 225 lbs

How much should I cut to get shredded?

OP here, back with some more estimates:
20-22%, congrats on the huge weight loss so far! Unfortunately you're skinny fat right now so there's no obvious answer to the "bulk or cut" question. Decide which is more important to you right now and pursue that goal for at least a few months.
17%
12%, congrats on going from /fat/ to Jow Forums
10%
18%, you'll probably look beach lean (10-12%) 15lbs lighter (lose another 20lbs if you want to get bodybuilding stage shredded)
18%
18%
15-17%, most people start to have visible abs without flexing 10-12% body fat (so about 10-15lbs of cutting for you), but if you're flexing without abs at that level of leanness, you'll probably have to work get leaner than normal and/or build some more core muscle.

Attached: IMG_3200.png (741x568, 29K)

Loosing 20lbs would make me disappear

Definitely add Deadlifts to your routine. Do more ab exercises and most importantly, abs are made in the kitchen. Keep it up lad.

Alao work on your posture. You wanna look like a plank, standing straight, not like a bow

You'd be surprised how much fat you have to lose to go from beach lean to bodybuilding stage lean. Here's natural bodybuilder Eric Helms looking pretty shredded at 15lbs above his stage weight:

Just looked at my logs and yes, it was closer to a 1000 Cal deficit than a 750 Cal deficit.

why did you delete your lil pepe picture? pussy

Yeah my body looks more like yours on the left, only I have slightly more gynoish tits. I’ll keep at it.

Thanks for the answer, I swear, being skinny-fat is like being in fitness purgatory or something, gonna stick to cutting for a while then.

Train your obliques a bit more and possibly some more leg workouts and you’ll be killing it.

5'11 75.5kg. Goal is 70kg. Cutting for summer hoping to get lean so I can then lean bulk for 2 years.

Dont know how much I should cut

Attached: week13.jpg (1242x1392, 303K)

Thick. Solid. Tight. 5kg at most but at this point it's down to personal preference. I'd try to bulk at this point or if you don't believe in fasting, maintain

sexy fuck

You look a lot better than me same height and 72kg. However I'm recovering from obesity. Hope I'll be like your body before summer myself.

dont have a shirtless one right now

P-pls bros. :)

thanks bro! yeah, im not cutting rn, i was just wondering what people think my bf% is
theres nothing you can do to get rid of the loose skin except either:
1. you are young enough that your skin will contract to normal
2. you get a surgery to remove it
i spoke to my doctor about it, and she said that training your abs until its gone is actually a myth btw
i got loose skin because I was cutting too aggressively when I started bodybuilding. I'm not sure how slow you would have to cut to avoid loose skin, but I guess don't cut above 2lbs/week?

Boys?

Attached: 20190406_075619.jpg (916x1890, 956K)

Not fat at all senpai, id say 12-14 percent

>Top two abs very clearly visible
>obliques too
>still quite high body fat
U would look super shredded if u drop body fat low enough
Im mirin

Whats ur cycle?

I was wondering what this is considered. I've been called skinnyfat, too skinny to worry about losing weight, and stuff similar to that.
Should I just focus on working out, lose weight, or gain weight?
I've also been self-conscious about my chest. I was wondering if I have gyno or if my chest is just normal. I'm too familiar with my body to even objectively make a conclusion. My nipples are super soft and puffy and from my POV my nipples are as succulent as a freshly sucked mother's nipple.
Wouldn't be surprised if they store milk.

mods deleted it for me

Thanks, that was my guess. Cutting to about 9-10 % bf then lean bulk 0.5 kg monthly.

thx mateys,

I was flexing without abs. just came from the gym going 120kg diddlys for 3x5. I will see how this goes.

Posture was exaggerated, I think normally I have decent posture. Here is another one if it helps, flexing my core.

Attached: 56585984_830994847248410_3592073044488617984_n.jpg (2100x2804, 268K)

Yeah, you'll definitely get abs eventually. You've got them if you cut drastically but I'd suggest you bulk up slowly and then cut.

And yes your posture isn't good. Hip posture is good but you roll your shoulders forward. Try and catch yourself rolling your shoulders and rock them back into place.

Attached: 3_479e6ee8-7307-453c-aeab-45ff1fd57522_1400x.jpg (1000x1000, 82K)

Thank you. I will cut first to somewhere below 80kg, im 88kg currently.

Tbh I’ve been more into greco-roman wrestling lately and I see that gym strength doesnt translate very well into performance on the mat.

10%? Can't tell with your shirt on. Mirin' arms though.
11-13%

14-16%, nips are looking a bit puffy but building some pecs will mostly take care of that. You're lean enough that bulking is the obvious choice.

i think im closer to 8. will post shirtless fasted pic in the morning

Have any pics from when you were still natty? You must have already been pretty swole.

thanks user. yeah i def made it as a natty. the ride never ends though. im 6'1" 195lbs in the natty pic. 220lbs on cycle

Nobody on this board has the slightest idea what any given bf % looks like. I posted a pic of myself along with actual dexascan results and retards here just flat out said the numbers were wrong

Attached: 1550278842870.jpg (720x643, 37K)

Right is current body, 3-points measurement put me at 17%, but I'm a bit skeptical and think being a bit over it.
Left is body a little bit more than one year ago, if I can also get an estimation for this.
