What marinade are we working with boys?
getting tired of my current marinade:

>lemon juice
>rosemary
>parsley
>garlic
>paprika
>lemon pepper
>oregano
>salt and black pepper

Fuck marinade its all about the side sauce and spices when it come down to my chicken.

Everyday I eat oats in the morning and grilled skinless boneless chicken and steamed rice for lunch. Lately I’ve been using a onions or teriyaki glaze with some chili powder sprinkled on top. You get those precious macros and surprisingly you won’t burn out on the flavor. Try it out.

*Onions sauce not onions.

Hot sauce is all you need to make chicken and rice amazing. Not got bored of it yet

Get frozen chicken breasts brush with olive oil coat with this pajeet spices and it tastes nice. I blend a clove of garlic into some mayo have a wholemeal pita and maybe some rice. I try to get seasoning and sauces without a load of sugary shit in them.

I often have chicken with pulse pasta, which is pasta made from chickpea, lentil and bean flour. Tons of protein and fibre. It doesn't taste like regular pasta, but I like the flavour (slightly nutty). Dice chicken breasts, cook with salt and pepper in a little oil. Near the end of cooking time, add several portions of frozen spinach. When it is thawed completely and the liquid has gone, toss chicken and spinach with a sauce (honey mustard or pesto are my favourites) and then toss the pasta through the chicken mixture (do this last because it's more fragile than regular pasta.) Fucking easy and tastes extremely good.

This and some onions sauce is all i need

Every meat has it's own aftertaste/aroma that I get sick of after a few days. Gotta keep rotating.
