>make a week's worth of overnight oats (~820kcal each with 80g oats, 64g peanut butter, 1.5 cups milk) and put them in the fridge
>eat them all by the end of the night, PLUS the remaining 5.5 cups of milk
And that's how you easily eat 6000+ kcal per day
