What's your resting HR user?
It's sub-60 right? You do a healthy amount of cardio, right?

mine's 56 today. i run about 4-6 miles a week, nothing crazy

Lowest I've done is 42 not reaching that now

If your rest heart rate is above 70 than it means you're over trained and should not lift for a week *the Russians and Chinese use this method to see how much you can train*

49-53ish if I just woke up, 59ish if I'm sitting down during the day. I'm pretty sure lower heart rate doesn't automatically mean better.

Mine is 45. But the slightest exercise will spike it up to 100. Running will get it to 170 in no time and stay there, even when I slow down to a jog. Sweating like a pig as well. I do cardio every other day and am fit, it's just that my body seems to overreact to exercise. Anyone else have this?

Is it normal to be unable to "max out" heart rate? The heart rate monitor on the exercise bikes says my heart rate can really never go above 193, when my max HR should be like 206 or something. Mental block or heart issue?

I don't actually trust fitbit's HR accuracy. I bought the thing to track my sleep, but the pedometer is convenient.
