Should someone who only does calisthenics look better than someone who frequents the gym?
Luke Moore
Jack Richardson
Better yes
Bigger no
Christopher Clark
How to achieve abs like those?
>Regularly cardio (sprint intervals)
>Stay hydrated over the entire day
>Calorie deficit
>Good sleep
>Less pasta/bread and less sugars.
Am I missing anything?
Matthew King
I want his chest, shoulders and delts! Nevermind the abs
Sebastian Perry
Doesn't hurt to actually train them. There are some crazy calisthenics exercises which rely on really strong core which are good to do, like front lever pull ups for example. Most of abs is bodyfat but you still gotta develop them a bit
Joshua Rodriguez
You'll need some strength and specfic exercises for your abs, otherwise that plan you posted will give you a mid distance runner's tummy.

What exercises? Are leg raises and L-sits enough?
Easton Garcia
Is op's pic of someone just doing calisthenics?
William White
I thought exercising them was a given. I do a variety of leg raises while on mat, focusing on my core and breathing. I will go for the V muscles aswell. Just have trouble hanging on a bar.
Aaron Gomez
Yea

Few people look good natty. Both lifters and people doing calisthenics.
It's just the way it is.

Time matters more than routine, and building a decent body on calisthenics is 100% possible BUT

No and no.
Assuming average genetics, you can get a body like pic related with bodyweight exercises. Not bad, but nothing like what you can build with a full gym full of equipment.
