What’s the best bodyfat percent or BMI to start a bulk? My BMI is 22.4 and I have no muscle, but once I get low enough it’s either surgery or bulking.

BMI doesnt matter when it comes to any sort of sport. Nearly all pepole doing sports other than some long distance shit are considered to be above good BMI. Bodyfat 11-13 percent, dont go lower. You are right now at the point when you need muscle, dont cut lower as it all is loose skin already, you are far skinnier than any of us here and you probably started yor cut from fat being STILL lighter than us. You fucked up with some 1000kcal diet or some shit like that, sohuldnt do that user. Now you have to train and bulk, and if that wont help than do some surgery but def not now.
