Progress is progress. Its really hard for me to eat a lot. Eating too much makes me feel bloated and pretty shitty, so I'm working slowly to increase the calories I take in.

Well, Generally my diet is pretty much the same thing every day.

Mornings: eat an omelet (4 eggs), 1 cup greek yogurt and a handful of almonds and sometimes blueberries

Lunch: eat a 1K calorie burrito bowl from salsaritas with chicken, black beans, queso, brown rice and guac.

Dinner: (varies) rice, grilled chicken, kidney beans, and sometimes salmon/tilapia.

I’ve been working out since I was like 16, Ive been doing SS since then, I know I should be way stronger but there’s constant periods where I get lazy as fuck and do nothing for like two weeks or a month till I get my shit together. I still haven’t reached my full potential on SS and haven’t stalled completely yet, so effectively I’ve been doing SS on and off for 4 years someone please kill me.

As a fellow centaur, I'd recommend not to forget to train your front legs. A defined hind quarter is what practically everyone is going for, but you'll look lopsided if you neglect your front. Also trim your tail, it makes the rest look bigger, and the mares like it.

This is coming from someone who's also a skelly, but you need to eat more bro. Start counting your calories and macros. You should be looking a lot better with a 4 year gym experience. I don't think you look bad tho.

Absolutely need to be eating more but I’m so shit at counting calories I just eat as much as I can but there’s days where I forget to eat breakfast. I regret taking so much time off between my workout weeks I could be intermediate and move out of SS but here I am. At least I’m not fat.

I work physical labor (UPS) so I spend ~5 hours 5/days a week standing on concrete and moving packages around. I get one (1) rest day a week and I can only dream of regular leg days. I've become that fag who only does upper body but I have been focusing on cutting for a while now so my gains are practically non-existent. At least my bf has decreased dramatically and I am hoping to one day gain abs (I am old and have never had abs) but my fat distribution goes straight to my stomach

Yeah, the inital growing out part is a bitch, I'm extremely content to be at the very end of the part where it's too short to bun well, but too long to fix nicely with gel or something.. Already got this ronin look going on if I accomplish a good bun. This, or slightly longer than this, is my goal length, as well as my goal hairstyle. Gonna embrace that darkelf mode.

Picture sucks but I've been lifting 3 months while on a heavily calories deficit. Currently down to 140lb from 170ish at 5'9". I still don't really see abs and I really cant tell my bf%, somewhere between 13-18%?. How much longer should I cut? Would a short lean bulk be worth it or just finish cutting to bulk for a while? Mainly just don't want to look skinnyfat during the summer.

I had the same problem, OP. What I did is eat a tablespoon of peanut butter every hour during my day on top of my regular meals. It's an easy way to add 1000-1500 calories to your daily intake and extra protein to boot. Doesn't make you feel stuffed or bloated since it's very calorie dense and the spoonfuls are spaced out. If you don't care for PB or it gets old feel free to substitute with almond butter. It really makes it easier to hit 3-4000 kcal in a day.
