Artificial sweeteners have been tested to death and there has been zero proven correlation with cancer. The sleep thing is the one that you need to be worried about. Getting a good night's sleep is so, so much better for lifting than developing a caffeine dependency. You might not think it's affecting you, but I guarantee if you stop drinking caffeine for a month you're going to sleep more soundly and wake up feeling ready to fucking go. Obviously you need to go to bed at a reasonable hour instead of browsing Jow Forums til one in the morning like a retard, but you already knew that.

The non sugar free ones are bad because of the shitloads of sugar, but the worse thing from sips is possible long term effects of sucralose, and damage to teeth from the citric acid

I agree with you there, but I'll make a strong, espresso like cup of coffee, and while I'll feel as caffeinated as drinking a monster, I don't quite feel the same.
Is it placebo, or is there something to the b vitamins? I remember one user posting about how there isn't enough b vitamins and stuff in their blend to actually properly metabolize into the proper stuff?
