it's been a full 100 days since i started improving my life
>lost over 40 pounds
>started brushing my teeth at night instead of just in the morning. they look noticeably whiter
>started going out more often
>actually went out for dinner for my birthday
>came up with a plan to get out of my parents house
>life is actually looking good
>want to finally blow my load in a grill but that's miles away. still aiming for it tho

you can get started right now. it's the best time do it because you don't have a work schedule to workaround.

i feel stuck right now
i can't really waste any resources on anything because i'm out of food money and eating really cheap and sleeping a lot to stretch out my food supply

what do you need to improve on?

my issue is pretty general, i'm lacking in the confidence department
i think that having actual employment is gonna help with a lot of it

i can't even really do bodyweight workouts right now because i gotta save calories
getting a job is going to make things a lot better for me

I feel like I've been in a cycle of improving a bit, falling off, building myself back up etc so the end sum of 5 so or years is basically stagnation. Anyway, to answer your question so far in 2019 I've put more effort into doing 30 minutes of duolingo everyday, lifting weights or doing pushups in my room whenever I die in a game, reading 20 pages of a book a day etc Also been trying to socialise at least once a week outside of my shitty village and I've started taking evening classes in accounting at college. I'm still miles off where I want to be though. At 24 I should not have 0 savings, no driving license and no job.

I got a soup maker for christmas and have been making delicious and healthy soups for cheap. Would definitely recommend, you basically just throw a bunch of veg in and thats it.

I have no clue how people find time for gym and healthy hobbies, must be decent jobs, I'm think about getting a second job, hopefully part-time to move out with my gf, that's assuming she would like to live together, but I hope so, then I would be content with life I think.

I'm quitting my comfortable, well paying, and ultimately meaningless job. I realize how dull my life had become and how much I had trained my brain to shut down just to get by. I'm making good money, in great shape, and well liked, but my left had become dull and worthless, just another slave to comfort and conformity.
I'm dropping it all and hiking the Appalachian trail. All those who care about me have supported this move unconditionally. I'm scared as hell but I know I will learn a lot through the experience and will ultimately conquer it. I hope my actions here will push our collective future in the right direction.

since forever i have never gone to bed at a specific time and woken up at a specific time
plan to make it so that i go to bed at 9 and wake up at 5
