Ride it out. During every cut you come to a point where you go flat from the decrease in muscle glycogen, but you havnt cut enough to lose a significant amount of fat, so you spend a period being kind of skinny fat. Just ride it out bro, dont panic and go back to being a fatty.

I'll try user, thank you

Don't panic user. Getting lean (8-10% bf) is beneficial when you start bulking due increased insulin sensitivity which means more of nutrients go into muscle instead of fat. Being flat due lack of carbs is just temporary.

So my muscles will look bigger if I keep cutting?

Also how long does the skinnyfat look last?

What does Jow Forums think of cutting by doing omad @ ~14-1500 cals/day?

I'm 5'8" 183lbs and lifting above 1/2/3/4 while on 6th cycle of 5/3/1 BBB.

Yeah, when you get back to bulking in caloric surplus, you will have easier time growing bigger and stronger.
Depends, but I think anyone can get themselves out of it under 2 years if they really try hard (work smart and hard).

how long u been cutting? whats ur deficit at

I mean in general state of body, you can get rid of fat in under several months, but gaining quality muscle takes time.

Also this. If you are really desperate to be lean, you have time, you just need bigger caloric deficit and this stage you won't lose anything as you seem like a beginner/early intermediate.

try training your abs

>posting pictures of yourself on 4channel
no thanks
I've been cutting for 2 months now and lost about 8 kg, my diet isn't that consistent though so I'm not sure what my caloric deficit is on an average day.
I do train my abs

Please post picture. It will give us better insight into what do you need to do. I doubt you will be memed.

You're right, here's my pic
