Have superior Mediterranean CHAD genes

Just wear sunscreen. Get an SPF 30 sunscreen (make sure it blocks both UVA and UVB rays). Lay in the sun for about two hours/week until you achieve your desired tan. If you're pasty white, it will probably take you about a month to get that "golden" look.

the same way you bench 3 plates.
you start with 1 then work your way up as you build tolerance and grow.
you start with 5 minutes in the sun and work your way up to 3 hours as you build tolerance.

if you're irish, scottish, english, scandinavian, or finnish, just forget it. you do not have the genes

go to a fucking solar bench a few months

Have superior white South African genes then move to Europe.
Always got sunburned in SA after a few hours.
Move to NL.
Work in sun for 10 hours a day. Shirtless.
Only get burnt for a day then next day brown.
Feels good when you tanned af in a country of pasty dutch guys half if which are twinks

enjoy your melanoma lol

Get a sunburn and don't be a genelet who gets skincancer

2 > 4 > 5 > 3 > 1

Don't be a cumskin

It explains this in Starting Strength

Generations of white boys in the Africa oogabooga infested environment have made me immune to the diseases of Europe

nice cope dude. you're still white, you still have white genes. on average, a person’s risk for melanoma doubles if he or she has had more than five sunburns.

won’t take a month. Bout a week if you are consistent. Even with gingie genes.
Melanin develops faster than that.

Doubling zero is still zero inferior white

lmao alright man. i genuinely hope you never get skin cancer....but i pretty much guarantee you, you will

I'm Greek but I'm very white
If I use SPF 50 I don't get burned but I also never tan
I use SPF 30 and the first few times I get a slight sunburn but after that it's smooth sailing for the entire summer
I tan a lot though my skin color changes considerably during summer

unironically this, it literally does talk about getting a tan.

I hope you are counting right to left.

What????

why 30?

Don’t be a pale white boi

SPF15- 93% of UVA/UVB blocked
SPF30- 97% of UVA/UVB blocked
SPF50-98% of UVA/UVB blocked

I just choose it because it's a healthy middle.

Check the UV index. If the UV index is 8 and you're naturally super pale, try 20 minutes on each side to start, once a week. If you get just a bit red afterwards or the next day, that's about good. As you get tanner you can up your exposure time (but don't go in more than 5 minute increments, per week). If the UV index is higher tan for less time than your base, and if it's lower tan for longer than your base.

Bam, you just got TANNED.COM

Screw sunlight, use Melanotan 2
