195lb front squat 3x5
Double overhand 315 dead
Hit 125 3x5 ohp today
And a 185 3x5 bb row yesterday

Any recent pr's fit? Hows the lifting going?

Nice lifts homie. I hit 285x1 front squat last week so I'm making good progress towards 315. I also had a very attractive, strong south american chick talking to me at the gym today. Definitely vibed with her but I live with my gf and I'm trying to hold things together. What do I do brehs. The relationship is stable but has been trending towards oblivion for the last few months

Man I'm trying not to think about that but some of the shit she's accused me of....I'm not sure I'd be surprised if she had cheated. But I am trying to keep the situation stable since we live together but it might be time to make a tough decision soon. I've been thinking about this a lot which is also not a great sign

I did a 530 double overhand no hook last week was pretty exciting to beat bugenhagen in a lift even tho im sure he could do more
