Weightloss is stressful on the body and will result in an increase in cholesterol levels. A bad nights sleep will also show elevated cholesterol levels. Stop losing weight for 2 weeks, focus on getting 8 hours uninterrupted sleepnin that peruod of time, but otherwise dont change your diet(other than calorie intake back to maintenance levels), and retest.
Your VLDL cholesterol is mid range despute your HDL and LDL being very high. I would not be overly concerned about these numbers given your weight loss.

Do some research into the subject, pretty much all mainstream medical opinion on cholesterol is badly outdated and dangerous. The only markers that really matter are remnant LDL levels (not LDL itself) and HDL to triglyceride ratio. Ideal bloods would be high total cholesterol, high LDL (60+ well done) and very low triglycerides (low carb diet).
