What you feel/see after last rep
I'm glad I'm not the only one who comes close to blacking out on last rep.
A powerlifter friend of mine kept saying "that's not healthy" when I'd mention it
I see small and sharp purple and white dots. Anyone else experience this? Or do I have brain cancer?
Since I already workout with my glasses off, it's all blurry from the start.I only focus on synching my breathing and reps perfectly.
That's just low blood pressure or something like that. I get that sometimes if I get up too quickly.
You shouldn't feel like this you morons.
Static starts to creep in after the edges of my vision go white, start to feel vertigo, then the static/noise filter on everything ramps up and everything slowly turns white and faded, hearing cuts out (just as it would if you still retain somewhat conscious the moment before sleep sets in). After that I collapse, but can usually avert it by sitting down and taking a breather. Only happens if I lift heavily on an empty stomach.
whatever sticc boy
I feel nausea everytime I do leg press. Being a twink sure is tiresome.
>Finish last rep of last set
>Realize it is going to be another day before I can lift again
>Realize it is the only thing I like doing
>I have to exist until the next workout
1 more rep god damn it
squats make me almost faint and out of breath like no other
pls help
Haha yeah, like when my friend told me that he also pissed blood all the time, I realised it was normal and I didn't need to see a doctor.
>What you see/feel on your final rep
Why is this a feel i feel
If you've never felt this, you pussyfoot your workouts and will never get YUGE.
>mfw waking up the next day with DOMS
do cardio beb
This speaks to me
I was pissing blood for a month, ignored it, and almost died in the ER. Good times
what was it?
In the end it was ulcerative collitis, but my organs were shutting down. They don't know why but I'm gucci now just take anti-inflamatories daily and try to have a probiotic diet
Godspeed bro, look after yourself
Jesus Christ
One time on the final rep, I simultaneously shit myself a little, puked a little, and shot like an ounce of boogers out of both nostrils, then went I tried to grunt, it made this unholy sound, and half the gym looked at me and I could hear them remarking on it. I stood up and said "behold the powers of no fap" and everybody clapped
Ye I'm never over looking medical oddities in my body again, and I will preach that to anyone. Easily the worst day of my life
Getting this occasionally on failure training is OK, but if you're consistently getting spots/dizziness you're training on the nerve too much, which will fuck up your cortisol and cns
Even professional lifters don't usually train above 85% because the gains:recovery ratio just isn't worth it
