Today I ate:

Alongside a lot of water throughout the day.

Any simple, easy to make food I should add so I don't die?

I do like 6 eggs or 1/2 lb of hamburger, black beans, and one spoon of Mexican sour cream.

Chickens go bad faster than strawberries. Chicken is $3 a pound and berries are also $3 a pound. Frozen fruit lasts months. Kidney Beans taste like great and have a wonderful texture. If you increase the amount of hot water and decrease the amount of oats the oatmeal becomes thinner. It sucks not having good grocery stores around you but a drive to walmart once a month can easily provide all these things. Learn to use a freezer? Cook more? Women are fucking retarded nowadays so you'll be expected to cook and cook more than milkbread paste if you ever bring one into your life.
